Concrete Slabs
Slabs for garages, shops, additions and equipment pads, with the base and joints that carry the load.
A slab is a system: compacted base, moisture control where the slab calls for it, reinforcement, thickness and joints. We match that system to what will sit on top — a car, a lift, a shed, an addition — and to the soil underneath.
Flat alone is not the goal: the slab needs a slight fall toward a door or a drain, and the joints have to be cut while the concrete is still young so that the cracking happens where it is planned instead of across the middle.
Questions we get about concrete slabs
Can a new slab be poured over the old one?
Sometimes. It depends on the condition of the existing slab, the height it adds, and what the new slab has to carry.
Do you finish the surface?
Yes — burnished, broom or a specified finish. The surface and the joint layout both belong in the estimate.
Who handles the base and the gravel?
We do: excavation, base material and compaction are part of the job. They are also what keeps the slab from settling later.
How do I get a quote?
Send the details through the contact form or call +1 (470) 559-6251. Tell us the address, what you want done and any photos you already have. We review the job, ask whatever is missing and send a written estimate.
