Roof Repair
Leaks, missing shingles, failed flashing and storm damage — found, explained and repaired by area.
A leak almost never appears where the stain is. Water travels along a deck or a rafter before it drops, so we look above and uphill from the mark, check the penetrations and the valleys, and use a hose test when the ceiling below is finished and the water path has to be seen rather than guessed.
The repair is priced by area and by access: how much has to come up to reach sound material, whether flashing has to be rebuilt, and whether the deck underneath has gone soft. You get the photographs of what was found and what was done.
Questions we get about roof repair
Can you repair one section only?
Yes. The price is the area that has to come up plus the flashing involved. Matching an existing shingle exactly is not always possible, and we say so before starting.
Do you repair after a storm?
Yes, and the work is documented with photographs and measurements — the same paperwork an insurer expects to see.
How do I know if it can be repaired at all?
If the failure is local, a vent, a valley, a few shingles, yes. If the covering is brittle across the whole roof, we show you that and price the replacement instead.
How do I get a quote?
Send the details through the contact form or call +1 (470) 559-6251. Tell us the address, what you want done and any photos you already have. We review the job, ask whatever is missing and send a written estimate.
