The difference between a repair and a replacement is where the water is getting in. Inspection comes first: we look at the roof surface, the flashing and the penetrations, and tell you which of the two you need. Replacing a roof that only needed flashing is an expensive way to keep the same leak.
We work on houses and on commercial buildings, and both plan the job around the weather: tear-off and dry-in happen the same day, because an open deck overnight is how a small roof job turns into water damage inside.
