Residential Roofing
Roofs for houses and duplexes — shingle, tile and flat sections — from a single repair to a full replacement.
A house roof is several systems on one deck: the field covering, the valleys, the penetrations for vents and chimneys, and the flashings that keep water out of the walls. We look at all of them before recommending a replacement, because a roof that leaks at a vent does not need new shingles.
What we find is documented with photographs and measurements — decking condition, ventilation, drip edge, valleys — and turned into a written scope. Ventilation belongs in that conversation: a roof with no intake air cooks its own covering from underneath.
Questions we get about residential roofing
Do you repair house roofs or only replace them?
Both. A local failure is repaired and quoted on its own. When the covering is at the end of its life we say so, with the photographs that show why.
Where do you work?
On houses across Georgia, from our base in Atlanta. You get a written estimate before any work starts.
Do you work with insurance claims?
We supply the measurements, photographs and written scope an adjuster asks for. What a policy covers is the insurer's decision, not ours.
How do I get a quote?
Send the details through the contact form or call +1 (470) 559-6251. Tell us the address, what you want done and any photos you already have. We review the job, ask whatever is missing and send a written estimate.
