Roof Inspections

A written inspection with photographs: what is up there, what is wearing out, and what it takes to fix it.

An inspection is a report, not a sales visit. We go over the covering, the flashings, the valleys, the penetrations, the decking visible from the attic, the ventilation and the drainage, and photograph what matters so you can see it without climbing a ladder.

You get the condition by area, what is near the end of its life, and what can wait. If nothing needs doing, the report says that too — that is the point of asking.

Questions we get about roof inspections

Do I need an inspection to get a quote?

No, but it helps. Measurements and photographs are what keep an estimate from changing once the work starts.

What do I receive in writing?

A condition report by area with photographs, the items that need attention, and an estimate for each one if you decide to schedule the work.

How often should a roof be inspected?

Once a year is a reasonable habit, plus after any storm with wind or hail strong enough to move patio furniture around.

How do I get a quote?

Send the details through the contact form or call +1 (470) 559-6251. Tell us the address, what you want done and any photos you already have. We review the job, ask whatever is missing and send a written estimate.
