Plans & Blueprints

Residential Plans

Drawings for houses and residential additions, measured, dimensioned and drawn to be built from.

Residential plans have to say three things clearly: where everything is, how it is put together, and what the dimensions are. We draw from measured existing conditions, so the new work meets the house where the house actually is.

The set is organized by discipline — floor plans, elevations, sections and details, plus schedules for windows, doors and finishes — so the trades read one document set instead of several versions of it.

Questions we get about residential plans

Can you draw my existing house?

Yes. Measured as-built drawings are normally the first step, and they are what later work gets drawn over.

Who stamps the drawings?

Where a jurisdiction requires a licensed architect or engineer, that signature comes from the professional who takes responsibility for the design.

Do you draw for permits?

Permit sets are a format decision: we draw to the checklist the local building department publishes, and that checklist differs by county.

How do I get a quote?

Send the details through the contact form or call +1 (470) 559-6251. Tell us the address, what you want done and any photos you already have. We review the job, ask whatever is missing and send a written estimate.
