Plans & Blueprints

Remodeling Plans

Drawings for a remodel: existing conditions, demolition, the new layout and the details that belong with it.

A remodel set has to show three states: what is there, what comes out, and what goes in. Drawing the demolition explicitly is what prevents the surprise — a wall, a duct or a pipe that nobody planned to move.

The set carries the decisions that cost money: plumbing and electrical locations, tile and flooring transitions, the height of counters and niches, and where doors and drawers need clearance to open.

Questions we get about remodeling plans

Do you need my old plans?

They help, but they are not trusted on their own. We verify by measuring, because as-built drawings are often out of date after previous work.

Can I build from the plan without a contractor?

It is a set of dimensions and details a licensed contractor can build from. We can also quote the work itself.

What does a set include?

Floor plans, elevations where the room needs them, a demolition sheet, and the details and schedules the job calls for.

How do I get a quote?

Send the details through the contact form or call +1 (470) 559-6251. Tell us the address, what you want done and any photos you already have. We review the job, ask whatever is missing and send a written estimate.
