Design Concepts
Layout options for a remodel or an addition, worked out on paper before anyone buys or demolishes anything.
A design concept answers one question: what fits in this space, and what does each option cost the space. We work from measured dimensions — the room, the doors, the plumbing, the structure that cannot move — and propose a layout with the trade-offs written next to it.
It is the cheapest place to change your mind. Moving a wall on a plan costs nothing compared to moving it after the cabinets arrive, so the layout decision belongs at this stage.
Questions we get about design concepts
Is this an architectural service?
It is a layout and scope study: measured options you can build from or hand to a designer or engineer for permit drawings.
Do you have to visit to measure?
Yes. Concepts built from approximate measurements are how a plan ends up not fitting the room it was drawn for.
How many options do I get?
The number is agreed before we start. It is usually one proposal with a variant, where the trade-off between them is real.
How do I get a quote?
Send the details through the contact form or call +1 (470) 559-6251. Tell us the address, what you want done and any photos you already have. We review the job, ask whatever is missing and send a written estimate.
