A remodel is a decision made with money and then lived with for years, and usually it gets decided from a sketch on paper and a color chip. A render moves that conversation earlier: the distribution, the color and the material are reviewed as an image, where changing them costs nothing, and not as a finished wall, where changing them costs a rebuild.
Visualization is also a coordination tool. When everyone — owner, crew, supplier — is looking at the same preview, the tile order and the wall layout stop being two different interpretations of one paragraph.

What do I actually receive?
Design concepts, mockups, project previews and concept renders. The level of detail is agreed at the start, together with the scope of the job.
Can I get the visualization without hiring the construction work?
Yes. Design and visualization are a service of their own, separate from the remodeling and construction scope.
Does the render include lighting and finishes?
The mockups and concept renders show distribution, materials and finishes as they were agreed with you. Anything beyond that is quoted before it is made.
