Photoreal renders of a proposed design, with the materials, the light and the proportions of the real space.
A render is the piece that gets shared: the client shows it to family, the manager shows it to the owner, and everyone reacts to the same image instead of to three different descriptions of the same plan.
Materials and light are set to match the site — which way the windows face, what time of day the space is actually used — because a render lit like a studio makes a promise the room cannot keep.
Questions we get about concept renders
How realistic are they?
Photoreal within what has been specified: materials, colors and the geometry of the measured space. Anything not specified appears as a neutral placeholder.
What files do I receive?
Images sized for presentation and for sharing, plus a version for printing. The list of files is agreed before we start.
Can you render from my plans?
Yes, from dimensioned plans with enough information. Where something is missing we ask, rather than assume it.
How do I get a quote?
