LVP Flooring
Luxury vinyl plank: a waterproof floor that installs over a flat substrate and survives a kitchen spill.
LVP is the practical floor for kitchens, basements, laundry rooms and rentals: it takes water, cleans with a mop and goes down quickly. What decides the result is flatness, so dips, humps and movement in the substrate are checked against the plank maker's tolerance before anything is laid.
Plank direction, seams and transitions matter more than the name on the box. The layout is planned so the pattern does not drift across a doorway, and it finishes with matching transitions at tile, carpet and exterior doors.
Questions we get about lvp flooring
Can it be installed over concrete?
Yes, with a moisture test and a level or self-leveling layer where the slab needs one. Vinyl over a wet slab is how planks end up cupping.
Is it waterproof?
The plank is water-resistant and the seams are the limit. Standing water from a leak will still find its way under the floor, so it is a floor, not a waterproofing system.
Do you move the furniture?
We move what is needed to work and put it back. Large appliances and anything fragile are best cleared by the owner beforehand.
How do I get a quote?
Send the details through the contact form or call +1 (470) 559-6251. Tell us the address, what you want done and any photos you already have. We review the job, ask whatever is missing and send a written estimate.
