Kitchen & Bath Remodeling
Bathroom Remodeling
Bathroom remodels built waterproofing first and finishes second — the order nobody sees and everybody pays for later.
A bathroom fails from the inside. We start with the substrate: cement board or a waterproofed membrane behind the tile, a shower pan sloped correctly, and a drain set before anything covers it. The visible work — tile, vanity, glass, fixtures, paint — goes on top of that.
Because the room is small, the layout decision costs the same before or after demolition, so we settle it first: shower or tub, where the niche goes, where the mirror and outlets land, and which way the door swings.
Questions we get about bathroom remodeling
Can a tub be replaced with a walk-in shower?
Usually yes. It changes the drain and the waterproofing, so it is planned before demolition and priced as part of the layout change.
Do you waterproof behind the tile?
Yes. The membrane or cement board and the sloped pan go in before any tile, and we photograph that stage so there is a record of what is behind the wall.
Does the whole bathroom have to come out?
Not always. A vanity, counter and floor can be replaced without moving plumbing. When the shower or the tub is the problem, that is where the work goes.
How do I get a quote?
Send the details through the contact form or call +1 (470) 559-6251. Tell us the address, what you want done and any photos you already have. We review the job, ask whatever is missing and send a written estimate.
