Terrace Restoration
Bringing an old terrace back: repair the structure, correct the drainage and redo the surface.
An old terrace usually has more than one problem: the surface has worn, water is sitting where it should not, and a railing or a step has moved. Restoration means working from the structure out — the base and the drainage first, the finish last.
Where the terrace sits over a deck or above a usable space, the waterproofing and the drainage path matter more than the material on top, so we inspect from below when it can be reached and photograph what is found.
Questions we get about terrace restoration
Can my terrace be saved?
Often yes. If the structure is sound, repairs plus new drainage and a new surface usually cost less than a rebuild — and we say so after inspecting it.
Do you repair railings?
We repair or replace posts, rails and the anchors they sit in. A railing is a safety item, so a loose anchor is treated as urgent.
Why is water pooling on my terrace?
Slope, a blocked drain, or a section that has settled. Fixing the surface without correcting the fall only moves the water somewhere else.
How do I get a quote?
Send the details through the contact form or call +1 (470) 559-6251. Tell us the address, what you want done and any photos you already have. We review the job, ask whatever is missing and send a written estimate.
