Fence Installation

Wood, vinyl and metal fences set on posts that stay plumb, with gates that keep swinging.

A fence is judged two years later by its posts and its gates: posts set below the frost line in concrete or compacted gravel, rails at the right height for the wind load, and a gate hung on a frame that does not sag.

Before any layout, the practical questions get settled: where the property line runs, the height the local code allows, which side faces the neighbor, whether a section has to be removable for access, and where the gate lands at the driveway.

Questions we get about fence installation

Do you locate the property line?

A survey does that, not us. We work from the pins you show us and set the fence where you tell us the line runs.

Which fence lasts longest?

It depends on exposure and maintenance. Treated wood and metal can both last a long time when the posts and the finish are done correctly, so we price the options for your site.

Can you replace just the gate?

Yes. A gate and the posts it hangs from are repaired on their own, and a gate rebuild often fixes the sag without touching the rest of the fence.

How do I get a quote?

Send the details through the contact form or call +1 (470) 559-6251. Tell us the address, what you want done and any photos you already have. We review the job, ask whatever is missing and send a written estimate.
